INTRODUCTION TO THE CASE
Storstrøms Forsikring (STOFO) is a Danish insurance company. STOFO was looking for a better way to help customers with their insurance policies. They wanted to give their customers a better overview of their offers and opportunities. They also wished to offer them quick help during accidents.
The solution to their needs was a native app for iOS and Android, developed in Xamarin. The app contains resources (emails, phone numbers, links to web pages, etc.) to help STOFO’s users quickly find the information they need. One of the requirements for the app was that it should be possible to update this information quickly if anything becomes obsolete without the users having to update their app.

Main elements of the app
Facilities for updating contents (texts, images, etc.) in the app without the users having to update the app through the app store, route finder, calling roadside assistance at home and abroad and sharing your location so that it is easy to find you on the road, phone numbers of all emergency services in the world, information about delayed luggage, support regarding theft and lost documents, support for illness at home and abroad, car damage and glass damage assistance, instructions, information and tips regarding insurance.
