Our prices for explainer videos are fixed standard prices. They include all expenses: discussions, design, corrections, etc. You always know the exact cost of the finished explainer video right at the start of the project. We will continue working on your video until you are completely satisfied without charging anything extra.
When you buy an explainer video from us, you own all rights to the explainer video. Besides receiving the finished movie (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, etc.), you will also receive the raw design file (Adobe After Effects file). This means that you can always make changes to the explainer video in the future. You are free to do the updating in-house, hire another (external) company, or re-engage us.
We begin the work on your explainer video with a 15 to 30 minutes online interview. During the interview, we learn about your brand, company, the target audience for the video, the message you want to communicate, your preferred colours and other aesthetic features for the video, etc. Using this information, we make the video. We seek suggestions and feedback on the video. We then give you an updated video and seek further feedback. The process continues iteratively until you are completely satisfied.

For example, you may want a longer or shorter video, more resolution for the same video, an express delivery, etc. We can easily meet any of these expectations. All you need to do is contact us and tell us your specific requirements. After that, we will assess and provide a price and delivery date.
